What does the PRISM Assessment do?
It starts by identifying your Career DNA Matrix, which contains your naturally predisposed behaviors, the ones you prefer using as you engage the world around you, and matching them to a job that demands those preferences. Your brain's performance is optimized when you are engaged in these behaviors.
